All participants in OCA-sanctioned events must hold a valid OCA membership or a temporary event license.
Participants must wear appropriate cycling attire, including a certified helmet and other safety gear as required by the event rules.
All bicycles used in competitions must comply with UCI regulations regarding safety and technical specifications.
Participants must attend the pre-event briefing session to understand the route, rules, and safety protocols.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and must comply with the instructions of race officials, marshals, and other event staff at all times.
Event registration must be completed by the deadlines specified in the event announcement. Late registrations may not be accepted.
Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the association.
Participants must provide all required documentation and information during the registration process, including proof of membership or event license, medical clearance, and emergency contact details.
All participants are required to wear a certified cycling helmet at all times during OCA events.
Bicycles must be in good working condition and must meet safety standards as per UCI regulations. Any bicycle deemed unsafe by event officials will not be permitted in the event.
Participants are encouraged to carry personal identification, a basic repair kit, and a water bottle or hydration pack.
The Odisha Cycling Association follows a strict anti-doping policy in line with the guidelines set by the UCI and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
All participants are subject to random drug testing at any time. Refusal to comply with a drug test will result in immediate disqualification and further disciplinary action.
Participants found guilty of using prohibited substances or methods will face suspension or permanent expulsion from the association.
Any disputes or grievances arising during an event must be reported to the race officials immediately for resolution.
Members have the right to appeal any disciplinary action taken against them. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the OCA within 14 days of the decision.
The decision of the OCA’s Disciplinary Committee on all appeals is final and binding.
The Odisha Cycling Association reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through official communication channels.

The Odisha Cycling Association, its officials, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during events.
Participants take part in events at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal accident insurance.
